We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping and delivery from our warehouses in China mainly by ePacket or EMS and in the USA by USPS. (Other options are available for those countries where these options doesn’t work)

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations where we are unable to ship the items/products. If you happen to be from one of those countries, DO NOT WORRY, we will contact you and find a way out!

CUSTOMS FEE

We are not responsible for any customs fee once the items have shipped and delivered. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages that may be shipped to you, if charged a customs fee when they arrive at your country, Taggii.com‘s will not be responsible for paying those customs charges.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 days of order processing time. It means that the afore-mentioned shipping and delivery time will start once the order is processed at our end, within 2-5 days of your purchase. If you are not clear about this, please feel free to contact us.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email from Taggii.com Team with the Taggii.com order tracking number information, as soon as we have shipped your order. Please be informed that sometimes because of free shipping, the order tracking information is not generated therefore cannot be provided.

If you have purchased more than one items/products, in a single order, then for logistics reasons at our end, orders may be delivered to you in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
