- If you do not receive them within the given delivery period (see shipping and delivery)
- If you receive the wrong item
- If you do not want the product, that you have received (In this case, you must return the received product at your expense, and make sure that you have not used it by any means)
We do not issue the refund for the following reasons:
- If you have not received your product due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- If you have not received your product due to unusual situations outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
